Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShootBox (available at shootbox.in), operated by Ardhanex Tech Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

ShootBox is an AI-powered product photography and content generation platform designed for e-commerce sellers. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-generated product images (white background, lifestyle, marketplace-optimized)
• AI model shoots for fashion products (male and female)
• AI-generated product videos (showcase, transition, UGC-style)
• Background removal and image editing
• AI-enhanced product profiling

To use ShootBox, you must create an account using Google OAuth or magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this platform.

ShootBox operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate content and can be purchased through our supported payment gateways (Razorpay and PhonePe).

• Free credits may be provided upon signup as part of promotional offers.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
• Credit prices and generation costs may change. We will provide notice of significant pricing changes.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• We reserve the right to modify the credit allocation for free signups at any time.

You agree to use ShootBox only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse our AI models or APIs.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform beyond normal usage.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts for abuse.
• Use the service to generate deepfakes, misleading content, or content intended to deceive consumers.
• Upload images you do not have the right to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all product images and content you upload to ShootBox. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Content: Images and videos generated through ShootBox using your uploads are owned by you for commercial and personal use. You are responsible for ensuring the generated content complies with the intellectual property rights of any third party and the listing guidelines of any marketplace where you use the content.

Our Platform: ShootBox, its branding, design, code, AI models, and proprietary technology are owned by Ardhanex Tech Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Content generated by ShootBox is produced using artificial intelligence models. While we strive for high quality and accuracy:

• AI-generated images are approximations and may not perfectly represent your product.
• Model shoots use AI-generated human likenesses — these are not real people.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will meet specific marketplace listing requirements.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before commercial use.
• We are not liable for any marketplace listing rejections or issues caused by AI-generated content.

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, you may request a refund in the following cases:

• Technical failure where credits were deducted but no content was generated (automatic credit restoration).
• Payment processing error resulting in duplicate charges.
• Service unavailability for an extended period affecting purchased credits.

Refund requests must be sent to support@shootbox.in within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Ardhanex Tech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ShootBox. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ShootBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently or harmfully. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@shootbox.in.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited unless a refund is approved under our refund policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat, Haryana, India.
